Accounting
Accounting is based on the Accounting Act of the Republic of Estonia. The accounting services include inspection of conformity and entry of documents with the regular preparation of monthly reports - the balance sheet and the profit and loss statement. In addition, we provide payroll calculations and file tax forms to the Estonian Tax and Customs Board, prepare and file annual reports (based on Estonian financial reporting standard or IFRS) and other mandatory documentation to the respective institutions.
Tax advice
In order to be guided by different tax rules, we offer tax consultancy to both start-up and existing companies. We will also inform and advise about questions related to the new tax changes in order to keep all tax-related procedures correct and up to date.
Other business services
We help in establishing a new company and, if necessary, in the liquidation procedure. In addition, we offer business consulting and analyze economic indicators considering the specifics of each company's business profile. We have long experience of processing large-scale data and in creation of business models.
